India is facing a challenge of reputation abroad, female tourist from foreign countries are afraid to visit India, foreign embassy's have issued advisory's of caution to female tourists & students. a fear has gripped every household all this due to the rape statistics that've gained sudden spurt after the unfortunate incident of #nirbhaya.
Indeed women must be protected & culprits must be punished severely but in all this overflow of emotions a caution is required.

Yes! I call it a brand because lot of funds are raised. marketing is done & products like 498A, DV act, rape law amendment, sexual harassment law IrBM act, etc are marketed under this brand
the beneficiaries are NGO's, Activists, some corrupt cops, TRP hungry channels, media persons & people who make their fortunes with the 'settlement' money, Budget allocations & donations
all this business at the cost of real victims of real crime, because their way to justice is blocked by 75% false cases engaging the judiciary & police resources

Feminist activists have successfully forced the UPA to amend rape law bringing consensual sex in the definition of rape, why have they done this? certainly not for justice

2) in case of rape/molestation, keep the identity of accused undisclosed (until conviction) so that such CrPC acts would not be used for public shaming of a person & his family 3) If the "rape" complaint is found false after investigation then the identity of the accuser (fake victim) must be not be kept secret (this fear will deter false complaints) 4) remove consensual sex/live-in relationship out of rape definition(liberalism should come with some sense of responsibility) 5) keep a time-limit for reporting rape, women shouldn't sleep around for years together & then cry "Ohh! I was raped 2 years ago" you may have to face feminist pressure for doing this but its the only way you can clear the path to justice for those thousands of real victims who are lost under the feminist glitz of fancy "women empowerment" that all about money & fame. No wonder 75% rape cases result in acquittals. many complaints are filed merely because the accused was framed under the fancy new definition of "rape under false promise of marriage", this means that during the course of action it was consensual & retrospectively it becomes "RAPE"??? NO! but you can prevent it for sure The argument of Modesty holds no significance in today's India where: 1) In the same family a niece accuses an uncle of "RAPE" & aunt accuses the nephew & brother-in-law of "RAPE", police investigation finds that it was a property dispute gone too far! 2) Two brothers get arrested due to cross complaints of "RAPE" filed by their wives on each others husband, no wonder! it was a dispute of inherited property 3) Daughter accuses father of "RAPE" because he opposed to her affair with a boy from other religion. 4) 15 year old girl accuses 22 year gym instructor or "RAPE" with distorted story of the incident, boy is remanded & tortured in custody for 10 days, finally when a copy of the charge-sheet is provided to the defense lawyer it was found that on the date & time of alleged "RAPE" the boy was actually a winning participant at a local body building competition (with trophy, medal, photographs & witnesses), it was the girls vengeance for refusing her so called 'love' since the guy wanted to focus on his body building career he'd advised her to concentrate on her studies & she found this insulting. 5) woman befriends cash rich traders borrows money & on demanding repayment she threatens them of "RAPE" complaint (obviously most men preferred to let the money go instead of facing a rape charge) "andar karna", "sabak sikhana", "thikane lagana", "court ke chakkar lagwana", "lock-up ki hawa khilana" are all commonly known phrases & "women centric laws" are the tools to achieve this evil objective.

too many false cases have devastated families of men falsely accused of dowry, DV, molestation & rape, just because these charges compel the police to arrest the man immediately, these laws are being used for extortion, revenge & as a shortcut to settle prolonged disputes of property, family, business & political rivalry
despite strictest law "crime against women" is only rising!
that proves that the laws aren't working as deterrents to criminals but as tools of extortion under false charges
my point is vindicated by the supreme court & various high courts too!
but now as I hear that the BJP Government is considering to grant Judicial & CrPC powers to NCW, the idea will be a very backward step against the constitutional right of equality of Gender
an organization like NCW which is exists only for one gender cannot be expected to be neutral & neutrality is a basic pillar of any judicial establishment
